Fog and Logs

薬採る此の山中や霧深し

Pass by frogs and logs,

For herbs without flaw,

Lost in a playful fog.

仙山采药路，乐取群英百花露，雾深不知处

Explanation:

薬草を採りに山中に入った。

先ほどまで晴れていたのに、急に霧が出て来た。 

I enter the mountain for herb taking.

It was sunny a while ago, but fog pervaded suddenly.

Before the fog clearing away, let me stay still here.

I shall take a lot of herbs for injury, stomachache, cough etc.

上山采药去。刚才还是晴天，突然就起雾了。

雾散前只好呆着原地不动。

采到了大量伤药，止泻药和止咳药之类的。
